I am following the instructions from the FAQ. The buttons I have don't provide me the availability to upload an Avatar.

The FAQ says:

The next button says "Avatar" (so the FAQ is incorrect).

Then there is a section labeled "Upload Avatar" but it's not a button.
Click Browse, select for photo file
Click Submit

I updated the FAQ. Let us know if it is correct now.

After pushing the "Avatar" button. It gives me the options of list (next to a box that states none), there also is a button for "Submit".

I cannot locate a browse button or area of any sort.

Yes, the Avatar List only shows the current avatar. At this time it can't be used to change avatars.

Instead, use the "Upload Avatar" section:



If you don't see that, which browser are you using? iPhone? Android?

With the Android browser, the button is labeled "Choose file". There is a Submit button below it.

Looking at your screenshot. I only have the area that you have marked with a red X....The area you have circled does not exist on my computer.

See my screen shot...it does not show the actual pic, but it list everything that is stated on the page.

the second area that states "upload avatar" does not exist for me.

Directly above your screen shot I highlighted my entire screen, copied and then pasted.

If you could tell me how to take a screen shot like yours, I will post it.
