i see, i think i get it. Ill have a look and get back to you guys. The annoying thing is i cant remember if it was working before?!?!

so turns out that the person that had the truck b4 wired it together an interesting way, if I turn on a turn signal(either way) then turn on the hazards they work lol

I had the same issue, if i got it right your 1200 should be using 2 flasher units, but the hazard one is deffective, replace that one or both of them and try againg, the trouble will be solved.
