I'd love to get a copy of those prints. I can dimensionalize and PDF them from a DXF and post them here if that's helpful.

I will email the DXF files this evening.

Here are the dimensionalized prints of the port and bolt-hole locations. I have not verified these as my engine is still together.
Special thanks to 58CUSTOM

I made 1:1 prints of the oval port file onto 4 mil transparent film and matched them up with my H89 and H95 heads and they matched perfectly with typical manufacturing tolerances allowed. I mean, they were right on. Being that they are in DXF format they can be brought into many CAD platforms, true scale, where they can be massaged to individual taste.
Can the DXF files be hosted by the forum in the Downloads section for easy access?

I ran across several threads that had links to the prints in various locations but they had all been broken. I just wanted to get these on here in a durable format.

I finally got around to making flanges from 58customs' drawings so I can report that they are dimensionally correct.
A few things to note: -The exhaust runners are about 1.5mm larger than the ports on the head (1974 A13). I'm going to port match them so it's not a big deal for me but you may want to adjust. -The oval worked out to be the same width as my heads (as expected) so I just centered a 32mm round over the oval port for my injector adapters. I'll port-match them later. -I didn't notice that the intake bolt spacing is opposite between 1-2 and 3-4 until I actually went to fit them. The first set I made, I just assumed that they were identical so I just copy/pasted and ended up with 2 1-2 plates (since I only machined from one side).

When you mate the header tube to the header flange, do you weld the tube to the face of the plate or do you push the tube into the port opening of the plate and then weld?
