I'm using Inventor.

The fuel rail I'm using comes from here: http://www.rossmachineracing.com/universalclamps.html
Their fuel rail brackets solved the mounting problem for me.

One thing about your intake flanges is to make sure they clear the valve cover gasket. I machined mine like yours and they didn't clear. I machined off the area that I marked in sharpie.

Here's a quick grab of what I've been working on.

As a reminder, the CAD files (in DXF format) and the dimensionalized drawings can be found in our Manifold tech article: Manifold

Nice work!

I have been working on something similar (not much time lately), I've designed a symmetric inlet flange and put a recess in there to accept 38mm (1 1/2") pipe. My landing for the injectors looks a lot like yours. The 3D printed plastic parts fit pretty good. Making the inlet flange symmetric just means there's an extra mm ish clearance on one of the bolts at the bottom, no big deal considering the way it's fastened. I tightened the clearance on the top bolts to locate off them, two location points means your less prone to tolerance stack up.

The part I haven't gotten sorted out yet is the best way to clamp the fuel rail to the flange plates. I'm also trying to figure out the best overall design to minimise fabrication since that's where I'm likely to make a meal of it.

What CAD package are you using?

I'll come back and stick up a screen grab when I'm on my other computer.

It seems as though I can't post a higher resolution picture so here's a 3d scan. In my final part I lofted from the square to the round port and recessed the plate to help locate the tubing. It's 1.5" 0.065" so the inner port is .120" smaller than the outer circle.

Thank you for the drawings!!

When you mate the header tube to the header flange, do you weld the tube to the face of the plate or do you push the tube into the port opening of the plate and then weld?

I finally got around to making flanges from 58customs' drawings so I can report that they are dimensionally correct.

A few things to note:

-The exhaust runners are about 1.5mm larger than the ports on the head (1974 A13). I'm going to port match them so it's not a big deal for me but you may want to adjust.

-The oval worked out to be the same width as my heads (as expected) so I just centered a 32mm round over the oval port for my injector adapters. I'll port-match them later.

-I didn't notice that the intake bolt spacing is opposite between 1-2 and 3-4 until I actually went to fit them. The first set I made, I just assumed that they were identical so I just copy/pasted and ended up with 2 1-2 plates (since I only machined from one side).
