A12 turbo woes

Just finished installing the turbo on my A12, yet im getting a negligible boost reading at all from it.
Turbo is spooling and pushing air, wastegate isnt stuck open. There's no exhaust or boost leaks that i can find. About to check the timing and spark plugs, Anything else i should look at?
