since my SU throttle shaft worn and vacuum leak, i have decided to steal someone's idea in internet to do grove and use viton O-ring.

that engineering shop accidentally broke one of the shaft, so they make one for me..

That sounds good. 1300 rpm is a good cold-idle speed. 950 RPM is a bit high for warm idle, but I ran 1200 at 1500 RPM warm idle for years and it drove fine

thanks. but without choke, the rpm should be lower thn 1000 for morning start and raise after warmup right?

so is there something wrong with my setting/tuning?

*i've delete the water passage to manifold.

Without the choke, the RPMs should rise slightly after the engine warms up. What RPM it will idle at depends on how the idle speed screws are set. A12 likes to idle at 600 rpm

Possibly your choke levers are moving, since there is no cable to hold them in place. Next time it is cold, see if these will move

Idle Adjusting nut move up or down?

hi. i have observed while starting. the idle adjust nut not moving. I met on race car tuner, hes good with injection, turbo, weber and twin su's. but he receives more weber compare to twin su. he tuned my twin su, now morning start at 900 rpm and 1100 after warm. idling smoothly. no black smoke. but experiencing less power at high rpm compare to before.
