Check your hubs? I've just fixed a landcruiser for the same issue. Turns out the hubseal had kicked the bucket and there was oil running over the rotor. Fixda and now it's working perfectly again.

oil on the brakes is a good possibility

When the car pulls to the right, I would check the left brake first
* Remove tire and look for oil leak
* If there is no leak, inspect the caliper for binding (remove brake pads, reassemble caliper and see you can easily push the caliper inwards (by hand -- open the bleeder)

binding is usually caused by slight corrosion on the edges of the caliper sliding surfaces. On some other cars the piston can stick, but I've not experienced that with any Datsuns (Datsun use stainless steel piston which rarely sticks)

Ghost in the shell?

It was rainy day. When i press half brake, it make laud noise on the right. But the car pull to LEFT instead of right. After repeated brakes the car doesn't pull any side. Further driving in the rain, it repeat to make sound on right and pull to the left.

This issue starts after I change the brake pad to MINTYE. The rotor disc became brownish color.
Earlier when I mod the c22 caliper and disc, it came with used Japan Hitachi brake pads. No issue while using Hitachi brake pads, and the disc was clean, not in brownish color.

So could it be the brake pad?

Yes

The loud noise indicates a problem with noisy-side brake

Because only one-side is braking fully, it pulls to the side that is working correctly. Remove wheel on noisy side and inspect the brake pads. Perhaps pad material has separated from pad backing plate, or perhaps is oil/grease contaminated

Could the pads be defective? Yes, I have brand new ceramic pads on my car, and when using the brakes frequently and they warm up -- even though it stops well -- it sounds exactly like metal-on-metal. So I remove wheels and inspect, and the pads look perfect. They sound terrible, yet work well
