update:
Home made velocity stack while i get the air filter. will trim and paint tomorrow.
Have plug the coolant hole with m5x8mm grub screw and teflon tape.

sent the car to exhaust shop to get the extractor join with the tail pipe. did some quick tuning, front su makes changes in rpm if i lift the piston. but rear su doesn't make any changes.... wondering what is the issue.....

Have bought unisync from ebay. Waiting to arrive. Meanwhile im still looking for experience mechanic who can tune twin Su.
I drove the car in motorway last night even with improper carb tuning.
With single carb and a12 exhaust manifold the top speed was at 140km/h only and temperature at half mark. But with twin Su and Extractor, the top speed is more than 160km/h with no stress and the temperature didn't raise up. The engine breath much much more better.

Cant wait to get the carb properly tuned and test again...

Nice work

You can tune them yourself, with a length of hose. Hold the hose to your ear, put the other end in the carburetor. Adujst the balance screw until both sound the same. See Hitachi Twin Carb Adjustment
