I can see the foam filter sheet from 15ppi to 60ppi from eBay. Which one will be the best? Filter oil is necessary? I'm new to this..

27mm is probably enough. I'd run it just as is

The space between air horn end and lucite cover is about 27mm. Or should I replace the lucite cover to perforated sheet, and place another foam filter on it...

Looks like fun. Sure, you can use foam sheet, remove the paper filter and wrap the perforated metal with foam, glue ends together

Make sure is enough space between end of air horns and Lucite cover? 8mm not enough, maybe 30mm for best airflow? Maybe try it with and without the velocity stacks

double 4-spoke (thick 4-spoke + thin 4-spoke)

Looks similar to Speedstar Mk III

Topy Jovite has 6 rivets like original Mk III, and lug holes are not separated from the spoke as they are on Mk III (don't have a ridge surround the lug holes)

Topy made many of the original Nissan factory wheels

quick undercarriage wash. managed to snap some exhaust photos.

I went to 2 exhaust shops. one ask me to add a center muffler at the cat-converter place (red circle) and remove the sports muffler (yellow circle).
Another shop ask me to just replace the sports muffler to a largest standart muffler as possible.

i want quiet exhaust sound and high flow.
