I prefer chrome personally but dont mind black bumpers black trim if done 70s style
there are so many american dress up goodies people can use instead of those 80s

Yeah but those were the cool thing at the time. I have no idea what the 1600 looks like now.

Tim just sold a 1600 2 door that was a specimen of a car for $30,000.00 USD. Mostly all period correct items. Only modern stuff was my billet items for the 1600 interior vents, steering gear brace, RCA's, R160 Mustache bar, and B-Pillar Trim.

Tim had a build thread on Ratsun.net but has since pulled the images from the build thread..

I will see if I can get him to send me a few and I could post them here. This same guy is doing the body and paint for my coupe.

He has since switched to Mini's and bought 3 really nice ones to work on.

Is this the one? Scooter Tim was working on this years ago

He has some skill with paint but those side repeaters
and the Kmart mirror is a shame to a beautiful build
At least will trust his skill with your design choices

Large side repeaters are required on US cars. The rear one is a reflector rather than a turn signal repeater

Front original is unbeatable rear is fine
