Im expecting to assemmbly it on my car, with your future brake mount support with two 5/8 brake cylinders and remote reservoirs

I will be ordering a balance bar to design the upper portion of an arm for dual 5/8 BMC's

Test fitting.

Finished lever

Assembled in the box.

As you can see the box is going to need some mods to accommodate the lower pressure outlets on the BMC.

Two 5/8's Masters wouldn't need any mods to the box aside from the holes to secure the mounting plate.

This will need some calculations of lever length and mastercylinder diameter. If the point at which the pedal arm connects to the mastercylinder is further away from the pivot than in the original setup, the same amount of pedal movement will result in different (greater) movement of the rod into the master cylinder = much heavier brake pedal (if no other changes to the brakes).

1.1" of stroke from current position.

The distance of the new clevis hole is exactly the same (axial) diameter of movement as the original clevis pin hole.

As long as the BMC stays the same static distance as it was originally no changes will have occurred. If I had made the pin a greater distance away from the rotation point then less pedal movement would be needed to bottom out the cylinder (over travel). Pedal stroke is exactly the same as factory.

Few more adjustments thanks to the prototype mount and this will be a complete setup.

Great work on turning an idea / request into an almost complete setup in 9 days! I see lots of companies providing teasers for upcoming products that then take months to go into production.

Thank you.

Gotta make a living, and if there is a product I can use that others want as well. I will get it out the door.
