As you can see in the attaached photo, the shock 361005 is too big to fit
i messaged a person selling it on ebay they sent me the specs. the shock kyb 361005 is 56.007mm (2.205inch) =[ Attach file:  $_12.jpg (22.78 KB)

Reportedly, Bilstein part number W0133-1604944 fits. And KYB 361005 Excel-G

1200/B210 Strut inserts
I'm making some coilovers and want to use a VW Golf Mark 1 strut insert ive bought varias brans (mainly kyb/gabriel) and none of them fit Does anyone no the part number for any golf mark 1 shocks that work in a 1200/120y strut tube??? Gabriel - G44217 (on 1200 wiki) is discontinued (according to all the suspension places i call) thanks anth
