holiday ---yeah time to rethink.I have been checking out the BDKA engine DD was talking about but got no clue how it's done.I have sent LCR an email to see if they will sell the front plate seperately etc etc.I really like the motor cos it's not cluttered and pushes +/= 300hp. 26K aus dollars is a lot but if it was 26k south african well no problem.The z24 block and ka24 fwd head is cheaper here and i reckon i can make a plan with the dry sump.Well if that does'nt work it's back to the A15 turbo --- all i want is approx 300hp.Damn this mickey mouse money of ours

Only trouble is you need to replace the timing belt every 65k miles. With the original timing chain, it goes for 150k miles

Bore it out to 2.6 liter, add cams and Webers: 300hp. No need for dry sump, EFI, or Z24 block

Z20 bottom, ka24de top rods and pistons, good ecu and boost
will be much cheaper and room to make more hp by raising boost
