Mate that sounds like a sweet little motor, it has a stock L16 in it now with twin webers.
Has anyone here built such a motor? Cheers

Lampy had the L18 with ka24de setup you saw built by LC
he has a race 1600 he campaigns and loves it = $$$$ Yet there is an L20b build with 8v head that makes 238hp built by TK who is often on aussiev8s but $$$$$ Harry here built an L20b turbo that is much cheaper than NA power and that was with a carb setup less $$$ Maybe you are just looking for NA power & limited to 2ltr? how about restamping a KA20DE? they are cheap from japan they are usually in Nissan Caravans
