Wow very tidy and nice specs. I thought you were going to say it was a vinyl wrap as it looks like it's got a chrome base under the green.

Interested to hear more about the HiLux 76 diff as any stronger diff that will bolt up without all
the expense of shortening sounds good to me. How does it compare to the H165 in length and are LSD's readily available?

Are you located in Australia? If so what state and if Vic then who was your engineer? I want to do the same thing to my latest acquisition.

Paint always looks better in photos but don't get me wrong it's bright

The 76 Hilux diff is pretty much the same length as sunny diff and just slap some flares on .the flares on the ute are dx corolla front guard flares all round and for the rear you just cut the corolla guards up and flip them around weld them on the rear and I put a 92 hilux diff head as the are all interchangeable and plenty around the problem will be is finding the early model hilux diff I was just very lucky .

Na I in kiwi land my engineer was a local guy full of knowledge John Esler aka JR Motoersport
He did all my diff a suspension set up

He even came up with removing the rear leaf mounts to mount the hangers directly to the chassis to stop leafs from binding when you put the hp to the ground it worked a treat it gave me more traction plus the links help as well

Thanks for the additional info. The Corolla guard flares are a nice subtle touch as they almost look factory. What size rims and tyres are you running as they fill up the guards just nice.

The ones on the car are 15' and at the moment I use them for my semi slick track tyres which are the Dunlop direzza 03G 205/50/15

But I also have a set of 17' mags which fill the guard really well with 205/40/17 on front and 215/40/17 on rear
