Been looking for info for the gx5 model paint code and can't seem to pull up any solid info that says the exact white it came in? Only thing I found is that the Sunny GX coupe came in "821 white" I believe can any one else verify or know someone who owns a GX5 and can maybe ask? Much appreciated...

1972 Datsun paint code #821 was a valid color, used in Japan and also used in USA. There was one other white color, used in 1970, so unlikely to apply to a GX5. I doubt if any of us have ever seen a GX5 let alone know someone who owned one

What would help is a 1972 factory brochure like this 26 page one:

covers all the models even this GX5

That catalog is for sale now: opening bid $30. Typically will cost double after shipping and handling

As far as I know, #924 was only used for 1970-1971. If you find evidence it was used in 1972 then maybe
