Is it just me, or do the sellers based in Malaysia/Thailand seem to over charge for shipping.
Like the other day, I got quoted 360USD to send a cluster to Europe. I mean c'mon, I have had coilovers weighing 25kg boxed sent via DHL from Japan for about half of that.
Also got quoted 50USD for badges.

Just wondering if there is a good reason behind it, or if they are just trying to make more money.

EDIT: Oops, this should have gone in the off topic section.

hi. Im from malaysia. i have shipped to Australia, USA and south africa.
Shipping via sea usually cheap. but take 4-16 weeks to reach.
Ship by DHL is expensive but deliver in 2-4 working days.

I'll quote for the parts and exact shipping separately. the buyer can check online for the shipping cost and i will provide the courier slip with receipt of payment after shipped.

Maybe buyers can request the seller for the parcel weight and shipping company in advance to check the cost by them-self.
