hey you know how i looked for that por15 in RSA --- all we get is NS4 and some rust block stuff. The door hinges you have are the same as mine --I bought it at chinese auto spares shop --they differ slightly but are still nice --all the best with the repairs

now that's looking good
The stock disc brakes work surprisingly well when they are cleaned up (not binding or sticking)

Ya, rust is a pain.
I know it is not possible to make it 100% rust-prof however I tried to get out as much as I could and treated it with rust-not and applied POR15.
Hopefully this will last me another 20years :)

nice --rust is almost as bad as my 4 door --good job --my welding is crappy --nice repair job

Calliper Rebild
Cleaned the pistons and installed new seals and painted it. Initially was thinking blue but eventually went with gray.
Replaced new brake pads and springs(Thanks to ddgonzal for supplying with the spring kits)
