Thanks for your help, that i was thinking, cooper is not good enough to high pressure

Its diicult obtain an article like the following

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AeroFlow-Co ... h-Roll-7-6M-/152089241104

I will get an used brake line or waiting to re-listing on ebay or discover a shop who sells steel brake hard line

Many thanks for your cooperation

yes, Datsun 1200 brake lines are 3/16". Do not use copper, it requires double-flared high-pressure steel line. Cunifer steel or poly-coated steel for corrosion resistance

What we usually do in my country is buy a pre-flared line (say 48" long) and bend it to suit. Alternatively you can buy stock tubing, cut to length and then use a double-flaring tool to add the fittings (3/8" fitting on one end and M10 fitting on the other end)

In afirmative way i will buy it

Yes, 40" is too long, too much hydraulic flex. A steel braided hose can be used, but will be expensive and big. A small hard line works better, fits better and costs less. Use an inexpensive tubing bender to shape it

M10 to 3/8" adapters can be found in any local auto parts store here ... adapters

Why flexible hoses being used? Surely could make some hard lines from under dash unit and bend to suit. 40inch is a lot of hose

You may have to use a 2 part 90deg connector. Have a look at #220-10416.

Hi!

Many thanks for your quicly replies.

I want some brake adapters. is dificult find 3/8 24 to m10*1 inverted flare and a 90º one

As i said i have dual brake master cilinders underdash, and i must have one 90ºangle 3/8 24 outside bmc and a 40inch hoses to juntion box on firewall wit adapter from 3/8 24 to M10*1.

My question is: Is a problem have a 40" hose to long from bmc to junction box?

Please let me know where i can find this adpaters?

Yes, AN threads are not used by factory automobiles -- they are an aerospace standard -- originally Army/Navy (AN). Often used by race cars and hot rods
