So - 133kw with 195nm @ 15psi - could wind it up more but a 63 series gearbox I think is only rated
a bit higher , not to mention the clutch, even though its a H/Duty version .
Should still be a little rocket in the Clubman7 that weighs 560kgs
Have a few things to tidy up when I get it back on thursday.

144 ft-lbs torque, yeah that exceeds the 60-series gearbox rating. However if you don't do any burnouts nor any clutch dumping it might last a good while

a H/D A15 clutch handles more torque than a regular L18 clutch, so might be OK there

Its a '63' series dogleg box ( rated - 237n/m )

Nice work! That's some decent W/kg. This thread encouraged me to buy a weber manifold when I saw one come up second hand. Just finished boring it to weld in the injector bungs. Thanks for the inspiration!

Are you going cut it in half and flip it left to right as well, or leave it as is?

Leave it as is. I'll be adding longer runners before the plenum as well.

I would have liked to have been able to raise it a little ( or sweep it up ) to get it further away from the exhaust
but space was the big limiting factor
More room in a Datto engine bay

Just took the car for it first run "on boost"

Holy crap that's Quik

Was surprised at how quiet it is with only a 2 1/2" straight through carbon fibre motor bike muffler
Will be interesting to see how it goes unhindered on the track.

If only I was so lucky with my 260hp 13b 640kg datsun 1000!
Could not get it down from 110+db and getting caught with
no engineering approval for the swap stung me silly.
For lightweight cars exceeding the power and torque is
usually no problem regardless of lower rated components.
You need a lexan hood to show off that bling!!!
