I've had those same symptoms in my 1200. In my case it was particles in the gasoline (petrol) that mostly affected the idle. Had this kind of problem about 4 times over the years

This solved it each time for me: Drain the Fuel Bowl . Although once it only made it better. Drained it again and a third time before it cleared all the contaminated petrol out

My suggestion after much thought is to find an
old chap in a country garage and tell him all
the symptoms and leave it with him for a week.
If it is an intermittent fault then a trained
technicians eye is needed.
Often a very small detail is overlooked and
much time is wasted.
As I said at the beginning this is just a suggestion

Hi Guys

As Suggested by few guys, I took my carburetor parts and soaked them on COCA COLA over night
they were pretty clean and clear dried them nicely and cleaned them with vacuum and fixed the carburetor back, and also adjusted my carburetor door by loosening small screws on the door shaft as for my eye it was not perfectly closing .
it sounds good for 2 days so far not stalling on idle not stalled on stop lights too , idles good on low rpm also, i will use it few more day and update the status

thanks
regards

Hi Guys

I went a tour about 60 Kms today, car sounds good no stalling on idle or traffic light but noticed that the idle was a little higher than normal specially when shifting gears from third to forth it used to rev more than usual

( it is noticed idle drops very slowly after releasing the gas pedal- i have changed accelerator cable but did not lubricate it yet do not know whether it affects the slow rpm down to normal when releasing the pedal ),

after the tour i put the idle rpm down more , it sounded very smooth and good on that rpm and idles normal without shaking and stalling

only thing it was a bit hard to start it, even though i pulled the choke cable it took little more turns and more time to start in the morning,
after the first start it started normal throughout the day(these days climate here is extremely colder than usual days).

thanks
