i want to build an L series 1200 cos a15 are so damn expensive these days and and for good 5 speed options so i need an L series crossmember for a datsun 1200. im located in brisbane but happy to pay for postage or even pay someone to make one for me. any help is appreciated. thanks.

I did L series conversion years ago man was in the poo brown sedan that i sold ended up in the gold coast somewhere painted orange. Did another L series Cross member and two CA Cross members since that bud. No 1200 at the moment, Hopefully get another one day.

You can buy a Maddat crossmember. Just slot the holes toward the center of the crossmember, as the Maddat has the holes a little forward to fit the CA. Otherwise it's the same. Use a front-sump oil pan. You can fit various thickness isolator mounts to set the engine height/pan clearance where you want it
