Hey guys,

can anyone tell me whether or not the older 3 piece stainless grilles bolt up the same as the newer plastic grilles.

They do have different mounting points. The stainless sedan grilles attach to metal brackets that are spot welded on the radiator support panel.

If you search in the tech wiki under 'sedan grille' there is a section called 'fitting to others' which will show you how to makeup some brackets to mount the stainless grille in place of the plastic grille.

I put a late model front on kermit and had to alter it to steel grill
