I posted them earlier for the toyota tc ohv hemi crossflow engine but here are the pics
for easier perusal but think you got the gist now :)

shouldnt be difficult to make your version of billet rocker arms to use the E series assembly
these are the same units using needle style roller bearings

Valve seats are on order.

I’m just getting factory sizes for now, and leaving enough for a much larger version of valve later.

Did a little more work this evening.

Things still yet to model after the Cylinder Head.

-Valve Seats
-Valves
-Lifters
-Push Rods
-Rocker assembly
-Camshaft
-Crankshaft

just wow, look at the flow changes using this setup
increases air velocity directionally to suit ports

Barrel throttle valves are pretty cool.

I haven't done enough exploring on those.

You'll need to change the angles of the followers in the block too.

Push rod angle doesn't change.

They have way less material than making a head yet worth the same.

Ideally you could incorporate it in the head design for yourself!

Could even be the best inlet for a rotary valve head as not having
any valve its main issue has always been slow flow down low.
Since they put such little strain on the crankshaft, poorly casted
weak cranked Holden engines were able to rev to 8,000rpm consistently.
If the sealing issue is solved using todays coatings and some water
injection to remove carbon deposits, a small capacity rotary valve
A series with A12 crank could rev to 16,000rpm.

That is a high strung A12!!

I remember you posting something about rotary valve systems. Would you mind posting some more links on the rotary V system in this thread D?

Matt this guy is the dude to talk with about rotary valves as he has solved all the issues on his experiments, a genuine and enthusiastic engineer. He is very conversant and will steer you in the right path and Ive throught about the RV heads for quite sometime and without looking at the pattakon version I also came to the conclusion the often past designs of the RV open chamber designs were just too large for exhaust pressure and even the inlet. It should be shaped like a trapezoid covering halve to 70 percent of the cylinder to direct the flow charge way away from the cylinder walls and create an elongated ball charge. Exhaust pressure has no need for such a large opening and in fact loses the necessary pressure required for improved overlapped inlet.

Forgive my interest on the rotary valves.
It only is due to:

1. They are banned, since 2004, by FIA.

2. They can humiliate anything in the rest racing, as motoGP, superbikes ...

3.They better suit the HCCI combustion, fostered by Mazda, Mahle (in Mercedes f1)...
