63 5 speed transmission is as heavy as a world class t5 s10 unit!
SR20DE have read can weigh 230lbs in race trim but trail the qr20de
about 30lbs overall due to die cast alloy top and bottom.
More compact all round with better narrower head etc.

A12 and A15 engines have little difference according to your data
I measured bare A12 and A15 blocks and weight drops dramatically
when bored 3-4mm from stock like removing 2 feet steel pipe in weight.

D some of the weights are taken from Nissan manuals and 1200.com I believe the 80lbs on the 60 series may be wrong I think it's more like 60 but that's what I found.

I will be coming back to the post and correcting weights as I get a chance to actually weigh various components myself.

There are some weights that are semi educated guesses like the bare shell at 400lbs. That one was based on some member input.

There are others like the Cressida caliper which while lighter has few choices in pad materials; fine for street but not so much for track work.

Then there are others like the fiberglass trunk lid that saves a mere 4 pounds.

I recall the T50 was around 62lbs whilst the 63A around 70 lbs
SR20DE head was 58 lbs vs 25lbs for A series head, L series was 38 lbs

Love the sr20de bottom end they weight about 96 lbs but heads are heavy!
Sleeving offset bores on 2nd and 3rd with some tig to fill some areas could
easily fit an L series head for an all alloy SRL20B bare donk @ 134 lbs
