it seems they are geared for personal visit to Matsuoka. When I was in Japan I visited and purchased items from Nissan Parts, Aoba Auto, and South Yokohama (see Japan tour). Showing them a written list of parts or circled items from their advert worked for me

Japan Post will send overseas, although Matsuoka don't list as their shipper

Perhaps an enquiry to our friend @ Bprojects is in order, they resell parts from Cusco and other suppliers, maybe they have a source for speedometers
