A01 are extra-large wheel bearings used by 710/810 and A10.drum

These photos are hub part number 40202-A0125, which is used by late Sunny PB210/HB210/GB211, Silvia S10/S110 and Sunny Cab/Vanette C10/C110

All use the A01 bearings
