For fastest top speed, put your 5-speed in 4th gear

Here's my ute with 4-speed 14 August 2011 -- and it's only at 3/4 top speed, still got 2,000 rpm to go

Depends how much grunt you've got
7600 redline in 4th with 205 tyre and 4.11 diff is good for 201km/h
But shift to 5th and the revs drop to 6500 and without any more grunt yes top speed stays at 200.... but with abit more push... 234km at redline.
