I'm looking for 77mm pistons for an A15. I don't want to the usual mix and match or milling of pistons.

SW Motorsports lists them on there site; made an inquiry but haven't got a response back yet.

Any leads would be appreciated.

cast 77mm (1mm oversize) A15 pistons
* alibaba - $15/each minimum order four

Nissan pistons appear to be unavailable anywhere
* Nissan 12010-G3426 A15 +1.0mm dished
* Nissan 12010-H9266 A15 +1.0mm flattops
* Nissan 12010-H9718 A15 dish
* Nissan 12010-H9704 A15 2.8mm centered dish
* Nissan 12010-H9714 A15 5.4mmm centered dish
* Nissan 12010-H9802 A15 6.5mm offset dish

RockAuto has several A15 cast piston but all are STD (76mm) Mahle/Clevite, Beck/Arnley, Sealed Power

Nissan A15 + 2mm oversize (78mm) are more commonly available than 1mm oversize. Many sellers, eBay, forklift companies, etc.

Aside from the Nissan pistons, we've never been able to find a suitable match. For example the Mazda E5 77mm pistons have been used by several club members but have the wrong pin height (works OK if you mill the engine block deck)

78 mm pistons are available in the Mazda B6 engine with 31.9 mm pin height but they use a larger pin (20mm instead of the 19mm A15 pin). Used by many club members but require an overbore. Bonus is you get 1567cc instead of the stock 1488cc

Forged pistons are available from Venolia, Ross, Wiseco for around $100/each but they of course are not cast

I'm trying to use off the shelf parts hence cast pistons

My A15 blocks, with 76.5mm bores are scored so I need to go out to 76.75 or 77mm

I may use either 76.75 A14 pistons in my A12A block or try the 75mm Honda piston with either A14 or A15 crank in A12A block.

I'm just trying to get my car back to the 90-100whp range because the current 75whp is painful
