That is the clutch cover I have bought. I can reverse engineer it, I was just looking for a short cut. Short cuts are great, something to compare your work to.

I put a W50 with a dellow conversion was a peice of piss just had to adapt a holden clutch fork and have a thrust bush made to suit.

The clutch was the simple part i just called direct clutch said i needed a 190mm clutch gave them the spec's of for a 200hp brass button setup and they made custom clutch and pressure plate

But have also made a custom 225mm to suit as well as most toyota celica ones that ran with a W50 are 225mm just had to get a custom flywheel made to suit which was a pain to be able to hold into the 280hp range but direct clutch were also happy to help there as well throw out was machined to suit

The other option is just get a custom 215mm clutch disk and use the SR20 plate heaps of ways to do it just got to be resourceful and bit of a pain as no one writes any real infomation on it

As many Aussies know, these boxes often sat behind Holden V8s, sixes, Ford V8 and sixes as well
they are a buttery box specially the rare crown and celica gt version supposedly use porsche synchros.
Toyota built the best boxes, Nissan and Honda engines while mitsu did both well just smaller pockets.

Here in japan I can find the W50 easy enough as they are considered heavy at 40kg
but really just lighter and stronger than most 72 series Nissan boxes.
Get them while you can.

Nissan GX-5 gearbox uses Porsche synchros

W56? was very common here behind 22R engine Celica. These used to be everywhere. I wonder where they all went

I heard 22R celicas in the US were mainly crushed after taking out the 22R for off road and 4wd toyota pickups that also powered them. Plenty of 22r support still there for mudracing and other off road events that still love this engine. However they upgraded to the w58 or went back to the W50 which is way stronger than the w55, 56, 57 and newer hilux W based alloy plate versions.

The 22re with boost often made 900-1000lbs of torque in some setups with low rpm power peaks of 300kws which confused me for a while but they are super grunters.
