Day 24
Moving onto front drivers floor
Once remove all the crap and have a look
Either will patch under accelerator or re-do whole floor

Ive been following and loving this build Great stuff man.
Just curious With the sealer that is being put around the weld work is it being put straight on the welds/bare metal or are you priming them first ?
And what is the sealer if i may ask ?

Was told always " Epoxy " over bare metal and then brush on sealer ( dont know what type )

Sorry , my knowledge mechanically and restoration is quite poor .
And I,d like to thank everyone for the interest in this project so far.
Like many I am still trying to justify the cost as it would be a hell of alot cheaper doing it yourself. But for some reason , I wanted to save the wagon.

The Rant .......
As most know , I had this up for sale a little while ago. Advertised it sincerely, straight with a little bit of rust in usual spots. Unknowingly was burnt myself when I purchased it.
So I would like to thank the few following this thread, that messaged me and gloated, stating how I was going to burn them with this rust bucket and how they nearly got scammed etc.
2 words you should learn . " Empathy " and " Integrity " and boys , did you miss out cause unlike you , and the few that know me
A)I would have given your money back and let you keep the car n bits..
or
B)I would might have probably paid for a partial or full resto
cause I value principal over money and I have a lot of both

Well worded rant. I like it. A man of principal!

It's to easy for the keyboard warriors to start slinging Sh#t. Anyway as they say 'buyer beware'.

Are you still heading overseas early next year or will you be driving the wagon to Zigmondos annual BBQ bash?

Prob another 2 weeks of work as bare metal the inner wheel arches next. The rear tray needs rust cut out too. I might be back for 3 months same time next year ( Nov - Feb ) and will try to finish it off. But who knows lol , as I chop n change idea,s constantly .

Loving the attention to detail. Also picking up tips in how the restore is being done. Keep the photos coming.
