Then plenum off a GTIR with plate to mate to
the Nissan GTI-R plenum like this below

Your right - that plenum would be so easy to mount onto a weber manifold
Wish I had have known - pitty not easy to get in Aus.

Also just as easy is to use 3sge toyota celica inlet plenum
Bottom side drill and tap for plate while side on this image
you can line up your inlet manifold onto it for drilling.
