This was with 15x8 +0 all round. Fronts poked a bit but didn't rub with the stretched 195/50s and 300lb springs.

With the back end was there much gap between the tyre and leaf spring?

gap to the leaf spring wasn't an issue. I think you'd run into issues hitting the inner wheel well first on bump travel anyway, but that wasn't a problem either. Your issues are all going to be on the outside, but shouldn't be too hard with a stretched 175 or something...

How do you find the 300lbs springs?

Are they to stiff or ok?

Theres a 45mm coil over kit with 12kg springs just dobt know if there to stiff

300lb is about as heavy as people really go for track use on cars this light and R compound tyres. They were still OK on the street imo. The new owner went slightly softer for hillclimbs. 300lb is 5.36kg btw
12kg is absolutely insane for such a light car. It's far too stiff and would be totally crap at everything.
