and knowing that i have someone willing to make up a manifold for me

how do i make up injection for myself

e.g.
what injectors of what car,
fuel rail or whatever
all that crap which i dont really know about

i basically want to source the bits from a wreckers or somewhere cheap, what car can i pull it off etc. etc.

i started thinking about something else

id like to have four butterflies not just one controlling all four inlets, how can this be setup or is this too hard?

ok simple to buy but more dificult to make.
go and buy an injection perfection quad throttle body injection and bolt this to your webber manifold. Now take off the injection flutes and in their place make a plenem chamber. simple.

As for your question on what to get,
Injectors off a 4 cyl 2litre or bigger. Just as long as they can out flow your needs.

Then get a nice throttle body that will flow more than enough air. ( This is if you don't go with 4)

You will also need and air temp sensor for the computer to mesure acurately.

ice seen 4cyl pintaras at wreckers, i think they are 2ltr, so i could just grab injectors off that

Injection perfection is the brand and yes it is quad throttle boddies
I think they have a web sight. i will see.
pintara injectors will do if they fit the injection perfection injector bosses.
( Most injectors mount the same way but then some also differ.)

also their prices are rich, i wouldnt buy nothing from them except the injection setup as it looks like they mark up most of the other product of which they just sell and not make

Yeah, the UM-1 is available for sale. PM me your address and I'll finger out what shipping will cost. I think you'd be better off with the Weber replacement throttle bodies though. TWM here in the states makes them too but I'm not sure how much they cost. They are really cool though! I knew a guy who bought a set for a Saab 96 he was building. I had lust in my heart for those things!

The hardest part is the learning curve to get it setup, and it's not a cheap exersize

4 cyl eci magna injectors flow heaps. the same as VN group A injectors..........and they are cheep

Triumph 2.5PI fuel injected engines have 6 throttle bodies arranged in 3 groups of 2. Has anyone looked at whether a pair of these could be adapted to a Datto head? Barry
