While the Hitachi coming out of Taiwan seem to be OK ...

The "A14" carburetor he got out of Hong Kong China
* Has A12 size venturi
* A12 size fuel inlet
* Excessive play in the secondary throttle shaft
* Accelerator pump inlet not machined properly
* power valve not machined to actually work, resulting in poor fuel economy

Carburetor has no Hitachi logo but is inked on the side 20190410 with a mountain/M logo
