Nah...I think I'll pass on playing nice. I'll go look at my Roadster Factory Catalog and order this years parts for my Triumph...Nice talking to you people. (I think) Regardless, I find your interest in Datsun 1200's absolutely fascinating. Good luck with your pursuits.... and I'm not all that old, just plenty wise!

What does it matter what nationality we are from? Its people like you who lack any wisdom and originality except to regurgitate and cop it up the rear like all other inept car lovers that enjoy the misfortunes their ill engineered cars give them.
A simple a series with inferior technology still wins out against triumph lemons due to the quality control that triumphs never had.
You disgust me you jerbal swallowing loser.

i have to respond to this one...first of all you certainly lack any formal education seeing as you didn't spell the word "gerbil" correctly. Secondly, I find your fascination with rodents absolutely revolting, and quite unnatural.

you must be a working class stiff....berating well educated engineers. Like I said, if Triumph Motorcars was still in business today, Americans would buy up every damn one of the TR6's, &7's or 8's. It's the mystique, the beauty, the smell of gas and oil, and the well tuned exhaust note that caught us. Oh to drive through life with the top down!....magic I say!

You cannnot argue with me that your your ####ty old inline 6 is not outdated technology.

Not when I have set up for myself fully programmable staged injection controlled by a Haltech E6K on a race-prepped series V 13BT with a BB TO4 and external wastegate that pumps out 600hp and is way smoother than any triumph 6.

And yes i DO know from experience as my dad is a triumph fan and owned a worked one with triple webers. It was in a four door sedan I forget what they are called
