Outback steakhouse is owned by an American consortium, and yes we do have them in Australia. I dont know what a BEERS beer is but the most commonly drunk beer is Victoria Bitter or Tooheys New followed by Heineken.
I reckon the best steakhouses are Hogs Breath where they slow cook 500g steaks for 18 hours until they are sooooo tender they melt in your mouth. Dont know what chais froys are either, probably some marketing gimmick from the makers of Crocadile Dundee 2. I know they may mean cheese fries or cheese chips...anyone else more "dinky di" than me got any ideas?????

What are chais froys??????

I've never heard of outback steakhouse or "BEERS" beer. Sorry.

And Fosters isn't actually a very popular beer here (not anywhere I've been anyway). Most popular where I come from is Tooheys or VB (Victoria Bitter). Or in Queensland it is XXXX.

Just got back from having a meal at the local "Outback SteakHouse". We had some questions for you aussies:

1. What is "BEERS" beer? They only had Fosters.

2. Do y'all have "Outback SteakHouse" down under?

After practicing my pronunciations for months, I was disappointed when the servers said "what?" when I asked for chaise froys. But I said it just like the advertisement ...
