I got my last speeding fine in March 1998. I was listening to "Kickstart my Heart" at the time. I'd just made a CDR copy of a bunch of kick ass songs for driving... I stopped driving silly after that. I was pretty sideways just before the cops pulled me over..didn't see them anywhere, but I was doing bad things..I deserved it. And that was only with the CA18DE..

I tend to agree though, that parked cars aren't witches hats (Safety Cones), and they should be treated with more respect. The chance of running into them just isn't worth the pain. First, you have to admit to the poor bastard that you've just smashed into his parked car. If you enjoy that..You may as well sign up for a job as a septic tank cleaner (You must like sh$t jobs).. You then need to fork out ~$700 in insurance excesses, then you need to fork out at least 3 times that in increased premiums for the next 5 years, you'll continue to get speeding fines and basically this can all be resolved with one good track day, every now and then. Which will cost you less, raise your standing in society, and possibly keep you and your fellow road users alive long enough to enjoy a nice cold beer when they get home..

Save it for the track. My one and only track day was fairly recently, and it was as much fun as my first ride on a powerful motorbike. You keep telling yourself "This should be illegal", the good part is, that it isn't!.

Chris.

Why not come out on a track day and give it a squirt.
You may like it better than rallying and your car will certainly last longer

I think the fastest drive fast song is Kick Start my Heart by Motely Crue....any other contenders??? Then again.....the A15 with Webers at 10000rpm is music enough.

i have receently come up with a theory on why i have goo car control

my tip is:

drive fast/in slippery conditions with stereo really loud

i have always had good stereos in my cars and often hoon in the car with the stereo so loud i can only faintly hear the wheels slide or spin

and i actually think this has been of benefi to me as i have developed a feel for the car, rather than rely on sounds to indicate whats happening

ooop have to go will finish later..........
