Further updated with some brakes and engine pics for the road car.
Turns out the Z18 is actually a CA18.
But its only a single cammer. Now I need to find info on these if anyone knows where I should look I'd appreciate it.

That was trade back then as they are approx $900 retail now.

The stock rocker tips are offset also to provide valve rotation on the seat.

$590 Aus back in 97 I think.
I didn't get the pushrods with it like they list on the website as I wanted different ones.

It's possible they pictured one of the other applications listed which would explain the offset. How much were yours dattoman?

I've seen these before. Wondered why they have that offset on the valve end. Must be because they set them up on orig shaft without any adjusting shims.
Looks like no roller bearings on the shaft either just a brass bush that the orig shaft slides thru.
The YT ones I have come with new shaft and pedastals so you don't re-use any of the original rocker hardware. I'm pretty sure they have needle roller bearings in the rocker where the shaft passes thru too.
Wonder what the Malvern ones cost and whether they can use existing cup and ball pushrods or need ones like mine.? Looks like you just screw an adaptor into the rod end to suit the rod your using.
I don't like anodised rockers either.......I believe it weakens the structure.

Besides.......mine look pretty.

Have you seen these aluminum roller rockers? They're made by Malvern Racing here in the U.S.

Very nice. Like the new layout. I've tried in the past to do something like this for my El Camino and 180SX but it never works. I'm computer illiterate. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Oh yeah. I don't know what it weighs yet but according to Gerald its 620kg without driver.

The sister car isn't a full chassis car like mine.
I could have bought that one for $3000 but it didn't seem quite as well built and it weighed 660kg.

Mine also came with spare parts, (diff, shocks, suspension arms...etc) ,10 wheels and tyres plus a single axle trailer. The ####ty thing was I had to pay nearly $2k to transport it to Perth because it took up 2 bays on a car carrier. I had to have it transported by a specialist boat + caravan mover.
