I've read a few threads on this site about this engine, but l'm trying to find out some more.

I've found one at a local wreckers, and was wondering what it is!!!!

The tags on the car say that it should be 1297cc with 67 Hp @ 5200, but the engine is definately stamped with J16.......

And as far as l can tell from this site that means it is a 1600, so maybe it was transplanted???

Any ideas or interest let me know..
