Hey Andy, while you are in Japan do you think you could look out for one of those A-series fuel injection manifolds? Or sell me yours!

For that matter, anyone in Japan or Singapore or wherever, I'm looking for one.
Early '80s Sunny with the A-14E, I want a Nissan A-series fuel injection manifold!

It's unlikely that Andy will happen to find one of those sitting on a shelf in some Tokyo speed shop. The place to check is at the annual Nissan swapmeet. Okay, let's all PM our shopping lists to Andy.

Yeah that is pretty crazy! My bro, Matt, just got back to Okinawa a week ago. He was up here in mainland on leave for a few weeks. It truly is a small world! Were you both looking for 180SX parts or what?

Oh yeah, I'm going to do what I can to find all the cool stuff and share with the 1200 Club....once my car gets here and I can actually DRIVE around. I'm gonna have to really HUNT for junkyards though....it's SOOO built up from what it used to be, I haven't seen a good one yet! I'll keep my eye out for EFI's!!

Okay, I'm not making this up, but there is an all Datsun/old Nissan junkyard somewhere outside Tokyo or Yoko. A few years ago, a Japanese friend told me about this, but the details were forgot when I couldn't find anybody to get over there. This same Japanese guy went to an old Japanese car swapmeet (because it didn't take 3 hours to get to), and got me some cool stuff. Maybe you could ask the guys at a speed shop about the swap meet/car show and a good junkyard?

Oh I don't doubt there's a few great junkyards out there, I just need to find them! I'll try to figure out how to say "Datsun junkyard" in Japanese in the meantime. Hopefully tomorrow I can pick up my car finally and go to Matsuoka. I sure hope someone there understands a little bit of English...

I don't know what he was looking for but I was looking for new seats. I've got Diahatsu seats right now that really suck.
