a15 into 1200 ute

I have found a a15 which i am thinking of buying to install into my 1200 ute as my 1200 is blowing a bit of smoke and probably wont pass rego. My querie is does anyone know if i can drop it straight in without having to change anything for rego?

I have an A15 in my ute (1978), which dropped straight in. If you want a look or need any help let me know as I am also in the ACT.

I am in canberra and my ute is an '81 model. I think the drum brakes all round will be the only thing the engineers will look down on.
