Pull your head in you high country hick! Saloon is how the car was marketed and sold in this country. That's how I choose to describe this original car! All of the people that have emailed me don't have any problems with this term.

Hasn't the US culture washed over you & completely consumed you yet? Most of us call em SEDAN's. A "saloon" is where cowboys drank their whiskey in the years before temp-rites & cold beer.

I was talking to some friends about this car and we were discussing what it would be worth? What would I not do to get it?! I've already been in charge of deteriorating one original 1200, the Datsun gods would probably frown upon me getting my hands on another one! I'm assuming that you're not interested in letting the forum have a look at what could be one of the most original 1200s in the world...?

Yeh, thanks. But to be honest I'm not interested in selling to anyone who wants to chop it. This car deserves someone who appreciates the standard pure form.
