actually u can have your car drivable on the dtreet and wheel stand...
as the guy u called a parisite (bella) has a mini tubbed ute with a ca18det 2speed power glide.. worked
and gaureented it wil do a wheel stand past u.. if u tryed racing him.... lol

Weight transfer is a critical component in those vehicles that can stand up. Most, but not necessarily all, of the wheelstanders have serious engine relocations & other traction tricks. I don't know who wrote it, but he was right when he said that serious performance losses occur when the car stands up.
The only bloke that i knew to master it in Australia drove [on the street] a 1937 Fiat Topolino with Chrysler 392 Hemi with 671 lung & it ran on Methanol [alky]. He could carry the front wheels a few inches from the road on launch, & hold them there, but it was hard to steer like that.
Like the 1200 coupe in the photo, the only Fiat part in this specially constructed car, was the body shell. Most wheelstanders suffer from front end damage on landing from time to time. They usually don't show you that in the photo's.

I do not know how "driveable" a wheelstander could be, but the Fiat got about 2 miles per gallon [of methanol] & developed somewhere near 1000 horsepower, so trust me, it DID NOT get driven a lot.

Bella's ute sounds good, but i wonder which plate purchaser is paying for it.
