Hi guys is the A12 flywheel lighter than the A14 and are they compatable. i would like some more rpm and i don't want to cut my flywheel.

Lighter flywheel will aid quicker acceleration and deaccelaration not necessarly give you more rpm. For that you will most likely need some double valve springs and to open up the ports with a bigger carby and extractors for more rpm. But of course this costs a bit more.
Not to sure about the flyweels but i was using an a14 pressure plate on my a12 so i'd guess they'd be compatible. Don't know if one's lighter than the other though.

Go for an A12 Flywheel and lighten it if necessary ( there was a sketch posted about 6 weeks ago).
We use a C20 van clutch and pressure plate on our A15 without any problems.
Probably smart to have crank and flywheel balanced after lightening.
