i just bought a datsun sunny 1980 and i am wondering what sort of cd player or stuffs to put in. i don't know if the speaker still works, coz' the original radio doesn't work. any recommendation on any good realible mechanic? please help, i know nothing about cars.

You will be able to make any cd player fit. Most of the decks are a standard size, so they are almost all the same. They only differ in the depth that they sit in the dash.
Im not sure of the size in that model, but its probally late enough, to have the right size hole. If not, you can either "make" it fit, ot take it to a reputable stereo place nad they will do it for you. The speaker is probaly stuffed, bieng a paper cone. DOnt bother with it, and fit some speakers into the doors and rear parcel shelf. that should do for some noise production.
