im trying to find a set of webbers for my ute,but just trying to find info on which size and type to put in.any comments would be great

size wont matter, its the size of the "chokes" or venturis inside them that matters, im no expert but you probably need something with 32 or 34mm chokes, changing them is expensive so try to find out what size you need a buy a set of webers with that size choke installed, other than that stay away from "42" webers as the air delivery is not suited to small motors, 40 or 45s will be fine with the right sze choke

go 40s mate on A12. i have 40s on my A14 (1434cc) with 32mm chokes.
you may even need smaller chokes. all depends on what Cam you run and what motor and head mods you have done as well. 40s on a stock A12 would run poor. i have seen 40s on a stock A15 run okay. A a12 with head work and cam would suit nicely with a set of webers

oh yeah, dellortos are practically identical, use the same parts and are just as good, usually cheapper too
