pulling apart a datsun

hey all.. i have started pulling everything of my 120Y coupe to get it ready for a new paint job and other such things....
but with the windows i am gonna pull them out too... where do i get the moulding that goes around them??? is it hard to put in yourself or should i get someone else to put them back in???

by the way... i have found no rsut but all the rubber seals in the engine bay are all screwed.... does anyone know where i can get all of them???
