substitute 4pot brakes for b310

hi does anyone know of any good 4pot braking systems to use with the b310 datsun 120y carrying 14' rims . i read of a 240z using range rover vented disc with 4pot on 14' rims. could tis work on the 120y using the 1600 front struts?
