parts interchange links

I'm not sure if this is considered a "bug" or not, but I'm wondering - what happened to the parts libraries linked at the bottom of this page? http://datsun1200.com/modules/nsectio ... p?op=viewarticle&artid=60
It looks like these link to .lib files. Are these no longer available and what kind of files are these anyway? Thanks for the help, Michael
